kek batik

namanya kek batik.
the name doesnt sounds right to me...
y kek batik?
i dont see any similiarity with any batik's design...egh..=P
i may shud have called it rocky road malaysian style.=)

anyway,this is my second time doing this yummy dessert...
the first tym doing it,i did not have the chance to take pictures as that was fucking annoying..i dun wan to lost focused as i dun wan to messing up with my first try.it has to be perfect,or else im doomed!~

so,this time,i ended up,using handphone camera and nicely put em in paper cups and arranged them 6 x 4.hehhe..so,i guess it would look good..is IT?
the taste of niceST flavour of chocolate and crunchy biscuits certainly great for the lovely evening with hot tea while watching ur favourite tv programme..

its the easiest dessert to do.effortless and not to mentioned u do not have to used any electrical appliances(oven,microwave)..the result is as hell as good...yammyiee!~

Kek Batik

Bahan-bahan :-
125 gm butter(saya guna golden churn..main agak2 jer.dua setengah sudu makan)
1/2 cwn susu pekat manis
1/2 cwn susu segar(susu low fat marigold)
2 sdb serbuk koko
1/2 bungkus biskut marie, patahkan 4 bahagian(aku patah dua jak)
1 sdb nutella(saya guna coklat masakan.1 setengah susu makan.agak2)
1 sdb serbuk milo


Cara-cara :-
1. Cairkan butter dengan menggunakan api yang sederhana.
2. Masukkan susu pekat manis, susu segar, serbuk koko, serbuk milo dan juga nutella. Kacau dengan whisker supaya adunan sebati dan pekat.
3. Kemudian masukkan biskut marie dan gaul rata.
4. Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang kemudian tekan supaya rata dan padat.
5. Sejukkan di dalam peti sejuk.
6. Apabila kek agak mengeras, bolehlah dipotong dan dihidangkan.
dia taip sdb = sudu besar..adakah itu senduk nasi?kalau ya,eee.banyak ituee.....
sebelum saya konfius,saya pun gunala sudu makan..=)
yang penting,kek batik ini takde guna telur!~..hahah

saya letak dlm petiais semalam..arini baru potong.
sebelum saya potong,sy kluarkan dulu dan biar dlm beberapa minit sebelum dipotong....
eheh...
