n yeah.. bcuz im craving for something sweet,i cooked for myself tis bubur kacang with tiny sago(actually i dun know wut they called it..hehe)
n i managed 2 eat them while im blogging...ngeh3.. sweet!~ dug up for the recipe? ala...xpyh susah2... i'll teach u guys right now..
first,u need 2 have those ingredients
(untuk mkn 2 org)(optional,jnji pndai estimate)
4 sudu mkn penuh kcg hijau(yg dh direndam semalaman)(its a must)
2 sudu mkn sagu putih(nak gune warna lain blh jugak)
1 sudu mkn gula apong
1 sudu mkn penuh santan peket(kalau perah sendiri,setengah cwn teh santan.)
4 cwn air
seketul kecil rock sugar@ 1 sudu gula
cara2:
penyediaan gula apong:
cmpur sedikit air suam,lepastu tapis untuk menghasilkan air gula apong yg pekat.
penyediaan santan:
kalau santan peket,kene cmpur air dulu.kalau santan yg manual tu,masok tros dlm bubur nanti.
nk msak ni senang je. janji ade periuk. isikan dengan air tadi.. lepas tu,rebuskan..tgk la dlm 5,6 minit,bru masokkan rock sugar,santan,gula apong n sagu putih yg telah dicuci terlebih dahulu.
lepas tu..tunggu je la masak.. selamat mencuba!~(trpksa kakar bhs smenanjung..)tkut urg xphm.hehe...inggar x???
