ok i know...i have been ignoring virtual social network for a long time..not that long actually..wink.wink**..okey..the thing is,everytime i got the idea for my blog,by the time i get to type them on,i just lost my inspiration.just.like.that.i left mr.lappie...off to the telly!~
i'm more to telly these days... i've been a loyal subscriber to 'potato couch'side of me.got ya!~..kerazyyy..toing!toing!...( i know i might have sounded a bit 'unusual',but im fine...keep on reading..ngeh3)..
lets see wut i've been done since 1.1.2010-present..
okey...i have no resolutions.at all...oh u guys must have got a lot of plansS goin on in ur head....

i've tried tae bo routines which i simply downloaded them from utube..
since ive got no huge machineries to get me going,i have to search for other alternatives..which is more simple(na'ah!) and practical...
y i did tae bo?simply because i need to toned up more,so i can burn those excess fat at u know which area!...
i gain weight since my graduation.obviously,less movement and more foodeh...so,now im back on track to get my 45kg back..i used to weight 57kg(hahha!)once...then i lose by 7kg in 2 months..because i got the teaching job,remember?...so,by hari raya,my weight was 54.i lost 3kgs first,then followed by 4kgs the next month....
thanks to spirulina though...it helps me along the way of my weight loss journey...i take 3 tablets of spirulina every morning.like 6 a.m....guys,it works...=)...
not just that.i have to do tae bo 3 times a week,n i have to take small portions of rice
(like quarter of wut i used to have)...
when watching tv,i did weight lifting using 'lesung batu'...did each arm bergilir gilir...i have to get rid of those flabby area...i dun care if i built muscles anyway...=P...
so,i did a lot of researches on some succesfull stories of women who lose poundss and poundss by doing tae bo,cardio,(healthy way ler)..
i have my moments too...the paling ringan i've ever got was 40.9kg..ahaha...underweight....=P
before i got that weight,i weighted 47kg(after spm)..and i worked my ass off to get back to 45kg..i did the chart,put it on the wall,watch my progress,exercise half an hour a day,sit up(50 tyms)after my workout and it works wonder within 2 months..=)..
i hate to say that to get back to S size from L size is So fucking exhausting and it takes a lot of efforts and no joke,willpower kene KUAT....u have to ignore those ppl watching u did silly sit-ups before u take ur shower like u were fucking retarded....banyak cabaran gue kene hadapi even for the slightest thing in life to achieve ones Goal...so,dun fucked up with me..because u dun know the hell wut im going thru...
saying on achievements,the biggest or maybe proudest moments in life i ever achieved were in education matter...like i got those 5As for my UPSR and Deans List Award for my uni smester exam...Gosh...
UPSR: i have to tell you that im not that outstanding students in my school,but being the center of attraction of the villagers(educated and berpengaruh bg of family i must say),i have to beat that kemalasan n just follow the game by its rules...get wut i mean?..shut up eja...hehhe..wut im trying to say is.....back then doing my primary school,which was in 1995 if im not mistaken..i was not a bright student,but i loved english subject,so the hell care of other subjects...i got 100% marks for the final exam at my class...i was dumbfounded when the teacher announced i got the highest mark of all....=)).padahal,i am the malas among all...saya tidak buat satu pun kerja rumah di dlm buku teks..harus diulangi...saya amat malas,dan cikgu salu meradang ntam aku....penah skali,aku sik salin teks kt depan,instead,hanya tulis, "a tiger" jak....ahahha..bila cekgu cek buku latihan aku,meradang cikgu ya..yarabi eyh....gaok da jak tym gik kecik lok...sial da jak...tp,bila dpt markah 100% ya,nang bangga la nak..
actually,abg aku salu dpt nomo satu lam kelas.dengan mak aku dikenali ramai..so,nak dijadikan cerita,harusla kita merasa itu satu tekanan yg positif..
dengan itu,aku telah belajar mena2..amik kelas tusyen maths ngan cikgu chandran..enjoy nang belakang crita gik tym tahun 6 ya...sial eyh....aku enjoy gik study..no joke....aku lebih suka plh latih tubi dr nangga tb.arum bulak...pegi extra classes cikgu talip,balit rumah,belajar gik.ujung minggu,most of the time,ng kt meja study...best gilak2 tym ya..aku brani pdh,aku deserved that..n dgn keputusan ya,aku diterimak la ke sekolah SBP....same goes with the deans list as a banker student...i work my ass off guys...NO joke...i know i deserved it...aku bukan seorg yg rilek2 sik ada usaha,tiba2 berjaya...NO.i dont have magic or power.MAN!~...fuck u those ppl yg dpt reward tanpa usaha...n brag about it..tell u wut.U SHUD BE ASHAMED OF URSELF...get over it...stop the drama..life is not that EASAY!~...sooner or later,u will learn sumthing..and by that time,dun fucking shit complain y ppl treat u like that,because BIATCH,u have to learn the downside of life in order to earn the luxury later on....NO JOKE biatch.....

so,u have to do the weight loss journal,to get urself FOCUS.
if u have to,tampal gmbr skinny celebrities...
be creative..if u hate the old exercises,CHANGE!..cannot afford pricey DVD or those machineries,download from internet...banyak sources..READ.....
watch ur pemakanan...eat in a smaller portion....eat more vege..and choose white meat rather than the other one.
use stairs instead of escalator or lifs...
u do not have ur dinner after 7..be firm,guys...FOKUS!...
jangan makan slimming pills..oh....jangan yer....
jangan minum air ais....minum air suam jak...
